Here at Eli Extensions customer satisfaction is our top priority. We will try our best to work with our customers to fulfill their needs to make every purchase a positive experience. Our hair is carefully hand inspected before our customers receive it. All hair comes in the natural state. Each individual piece comes from a separate donor, we can not guarantee hair color or a texture. All payments must be paid in full before hair is shipped out. When ordering online your card will be charged immediately. We have a zero tolerance for any credit card fraud. Any fraudulent transactions will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Our company does not offer refund or cancellations. Exchanges are allowed ONLY if its defects on hair or if our customer has received the wrong package. If there is any defect on the hair it must be reported within the first three days after receiving the order to correct this matter.
If our company agrees upon the
exchange request we will notify you within 24 hours. The customer will be responsible for shipping product back to us. The customer must provide tracking to protect both the buyer and Eli extensions. If tracking isn’t provided WE ARE NOT responsible for any lost packages. Please allow 3-10 business days to process returns.
